Explore the wonderful Lofoten Archipelago with your large format camera during a 5 day workshop. Together we will create a workspace open for photographers from all over the world. Lofoten provides the most fascinating scenery and we will visit iconic spots for photography as well as some hidden gems. Ballstad in Lofoten, October 10.–14. 2018.
I invite large format photographers from all over the world to join this visual exploration of Berlin during three days in November 2017. We will work slowly together at several interesting areas and spots for photography and create imagery of urban landscapes and city life. [Berlin, November 21–23, 2017]
I´m proud to announce the cooperation agreement between Lotus View Camera and Fotograf Bjørn Joachimsen. This means that I will be an official ambassador of the excellent Lotus View Camera, built by Günter Stroebele, Austria.
Lotus View Camera represent the finest workmanship within camera manufacturing today. All cameras are built by hand from the finest materials. Strobele builds cameras and accessories for large format photography with film formats ranging from 4x5" to 14x17".
From 2017 I will offer workshops within large format photography in Norway and participants will have the oppurtunity to try a Lotus 8x10" camera during these workshops. To those who don´t know him, Bruce is among the greatest names in fine art photography the recent decades and he is an experienced workshop lecturer as well.

Láhko is a marvellous experience. Spectacular karst formations, ranging from millimetre-deep rills to large fissures and shafts, are seen everywhere. Rivers vanish beneath the ground only to reappear in a completely different place. Corbel’s canyon, with its water traps, caves and underground rivers, is especially interesting.
After two intensive days at work in Gáivuotna/Kåfjord in Northern Norway I was rewarded with some new works for my portfolio. In this update, I show two of these.

After my recent visit to Salten in Northern Norway I´m more than happy to publish 2 new works. I visited the mountains as well as the shores of Salten and the outcome after 5 days was 9 new images for "The Arcitecture of Nature" project. All images are photographed with a 4x5" large format camera.
